Your application

How does a financing application work?

You run a simulation, then complete the five-step application form. You immediately receive by e-mail the summary of your application as a PDF and the list of documents to provide. You send us back the summary, dated and signed, together with your supporting documents, by e-mail. An advisor then reviews your application and replies to you by e-mail or by phone.

Does the quote commit me?

No. The quote is free, indicative and without commitment. It is neither an offer nor an agreement to finance.

Do I need to create an account?

No. No account or password is needed: you fill in the application form, then we communicate with you by e-mail and by phone.

I have not received the confirmation e-mail.

It arrives within minutes of sending your application. Check your spam folder. If you cannot find it, contact us quoting your application number, shown on the confirmation page: we will send it again.

How long does it take to get an answer?

It depends on how complete your application is. The review starts as soon as we receive your signed summary and all your supporting documents.

Does sending my application mean it is approved?

No. Receipt of an application does not mean it is approved. Each application is assessed according to the information provided, your situation and the applicable conditions.

Documents and signature

Which documents do I need to provide?

The exact list is in the e-mail you receive after your application and on the confirmation page. Usually: your dated and signed application summary, a valid identity document, proof of address less than three months old and proof of income.

How do I sign my application form?

Print the PDF summary attached to our e-mail, then date and sign it with the words “Read and approved”. Scan it or take a photo, then send it with your supporting documents.

How do I send you my documents?

By e-mail, to the address given in our confirmation e-mail, quoting your application number in the subject line. PDF, JPG and PNG formats are accepted; a photo taken with your phone is fine if the document is complete, sharp and legible.

How do I know my documents have arrived?

Your advisor confirms receipt of your documents and, if necessary, tells you which documents are missing or need to be sent again.

The loan

What is the APR?

The annual percentage rate of charge (APR) expresses the total cost of the loan as an annual percentage: it includes interest and mandatory charges. It is the indicator to use when comparing loan offers.

Can I repay my loan early?

Early repayment, in full or in part, is provided for by the Consumer Credit Act. Its exact terms are set out in your contract.

Is there a right of withdrawal?

Yes. For consumer credit, the Swiss Federal Act on Consumer Credit (CCA) provides for a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your copy of the agreement. The exact terms are set out in the agreement.

Data and security

Is my data protected?

The information entered on the website is transmitted in encrypted form and stored securely. It is used only to review your application. The documents you send us by e-mail are handled confidentially by authorised staff. Details are set out in our privacy policy.

How can I recognise a scam attempt?

We will never ask you for your passwords or bank codes, and no money will be requested from you before a credit is paid out (processing, insurance, guarantee or release fees). We only use the e-mail addresses and the phone number shown on this website. If you have any doubt about a message received in our name, do not pay and contact us directly using the details on this website.
